The successful candidate will take a visible role in case work and client management, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, and help expand the practice’s regional and national footprint. The firm welcomes candidates with a portable practice and demonstrable business development track record.
- Established partner-level experience in labor and employment law, including counseling and litigation matters.
- Proven business development ability and a track record of generating or maintaining client relationships; portable book of business welcome.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills; experience supervising associates and coordinating cross-practice matters.
- Active bar membership and excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
