Senior hire to lead and grow integrated Employment & Labor and Tax advice for corporate and employer-side clients from the Frankfurt office. The role combines deep technical expertise with client-facing responsibility across employment, compensation, restructuring and related tax matters.

The team advises domestic and international companies on strategic employment and tax issues; the new partner will take a leading role on matter strategy, cross-practice coordination and business development.

Applicants should be prepared to bring and expand a portable practice and to mentor and build a team of lawyers across the two disciplines.

Established partner-level experience in employment/labor law and tax matters with a track record of leading mandates.
Proven business development ability and willingness to develop a portable practice.
Experience managing and mentoring junior lawyers and coordinating cross-practice teams.
German legal qualification and strong negotiation and drafting skills; fluency in German and English.
