A leading international law firm is adding a senior employment and labor partner to its Frankfurt office. The role will lead and expand the local employment practice, advising on contentious and advisory matters for German and multinational clients.

The successful candidate will join an established team, take a high-profile role in business development, and help grow the practice across Germany and the broader region. Portable client relationships and a demonstrable track record of originating work are welcomed.

Established partner with significant German employment & labor experience (advisory and litigation).
Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships; business development track record expected.
Qualified or eligible to practice in Germany; fluency in German and strong English skills.
Comfort working in an international firm and collaborating across multiple jurisdictions.
