A well-established national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Energy & Environmental practice in Austin. The role will involve leading client engagements across regulatory, transactional and compliance matters for energy and environmental clients.

We are looking for a commercial partner who can contribute to practice development, mentor junior lawyers and collaborate across industry-focused teams. The firm is open to speaking with candidates nationwide and welcomes partners with a portable practice aligned with energy or environmental work.

Established partner with significant experience in energy and/or environmental law
Track record advising on regulatory, permitting, compliance and transactional matters
Proven business development ability and experience managing client relationships; portable book of business welcome
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience within a law firm
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to transfer
