National law firm seeks a lateral partner to strengthen its Energy and Environmental practice in the Hartford office. The role will focus on energy and infrastructure matters, advising developers, owners and other industry participants on regulatory, transactional and project-related issues.

The team handles a mix of regulatory, permitting and project development work across renewables and traditional energy sectors. The firm is looking for an experienced partner who can provide senior-level subject-matter expertise and contribute to business development and client relationship growth in the region.

Established partner with a proven track record in energy and environmental law; experience with infrastructure projects preferred.
Demonstrable client development skills and ability to build or bring a portable practice.
Deep knowledge of regulatory, permitting and project-development issues in the energy sector.
Strong leadership and team management experience; admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to obtain admission.
