The role covers energy (including renewables and oil & gas), environmental regulatory work, tax issues related to energy transactions, and maritime and construction matters connected to infrastructure projects.
The successful candidate will advise corporate and project clients on transactional, regulatory and compliance matters, and will work with existing local and national teams to develop business across practice areas. A portable practice or demonstrable client-development track record is preferred.
- Partner-level experience advising on energy transactions, renewables, oil & gas, or related infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of environmental and energy regulatory frameworks; tax experience related to energy transactions a plus
- Experience with maritime or construction-related matters preferred
- Proven client-development skills and ability to work cross-practice with national teams
