Seeking a lateral partner to join a national practice in Sacramento focused on energy and environmental matters. The role will lead and develop client relationships across regulatory, transactional and compliance workstreams in the energy sector.

Ideal candidates will bring substantial partner-level experience advising on environmental regulation and permitting, including EPA-related matters or equivalent regulatory credentials. The team works on matters spanning public- and private-sector clients; a portable practice and demonstrable business development track record are welcome.

Established partner-level experience in energy and environmental law, with a focus on regulatory and permitting issues
Experience with EPA matters or similar federal/state regulatory processes
Proven business development skills and ability to bring or grow client relationships
Bar admission in California (or ability to obtain), strong leadership and team management experience
