Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow an Energy & Environmental practice in Sacramento. The role will advise clients on regulatory, permitting, and project-development matters across energy and infrastructure transactions and disputes.

The partner will combine technical regulatory knowledge with client-facing project experience, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with other offices on cross-jurisdictional matters. A portable practice or demonstrated ability to develop business in the region is welcomed.

Established partner-level experience in energy, environmental, or infrastructure matters.
Strong regulatory and project-development background, including permitting and compliance work.
Proven client relationship and business-development skills; portable book of business preferred.
Admission to practice in California (or ability to qualify) and experience supervising teams.
