Senior lateral partner role for an established practice team in Sacramento focused on corporate and transactional work across energy and technology sectors. The role combines M&A, capital markets and project-level transactional matters for renewable and traditional energy clients as well as tech-sector transactions.

The firm is seeking an experienced partner to lead and grow client relationships, contribute to business development, and mentor junior lawyers within a busy, multidisciplinary practice group. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business in relevant sectors is welcome.

Established partner-level experience in M&A and corporate/transactional work, including capital markets and securities matters
Experience with energy projects (renewables and/or oil & gas) and commercial transactional work
Proven business development and client-management track record; portable practice preferred
Bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction; strong leadership and mentoring skills
