Lateral Partner — Finance & Energy (Sacramento)

Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Finance and Energy practice in Sacramento. The role focuses on project finance and renewable energy transactions and will support a growing regional team while working on cross‑jurisdictional financings.

The partner will advise sponsors, lenders and developers on structured financings, lead deal execution, and help expand the practice through client origination and strategic business development. The position offers senior responsibility for managing teams and cooperating with colleagues across the firm’s national platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in project finance and renewable energy transactions
• Proven track record of originating and closing complex financings and leading deal teams
• Active license to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (or eligibility) and strong commercial drafting and negotiation skills
