Senior partner opportunity in the firm s Energy & Environmental practice based in San Francisco. The team advises on a broad range of energy matters with particular demand for experience in renewables, energy transactions, and regulatory work.

The hire will be expected to bring a portable practice and to develop client relationships, ideally with experience advising private equity-backed energy platforms or sponsors. There is opportunity to lead and grow a team and to work on cross‑border and domestic matters within a full‑service platform.

Established partner with a marketable energy/environmental practice.
Demonstrable experience in renewables, energy transactions, or energy regulatory work; private equity experience a strong plus.
Proven track record of client origination and managing client relationships; ability to bring a portable book of business.
Experience leading fee-earners and developing a team.
Licensed to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction or able to transfer admission where required.
