Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow an established energy and environmental practice in a Tallahassee office. The role involves providing high-level regulatory and transactional advice to energy-sector clients, with emphasis on environmental regulatory matters.

Ideal candidates will have significant experience with EPA-related regulation and enforcement, a proven track record of client-facing work, and the ability to develop and expand a portable practice. This is a leadership role with responsibility for managing matters and mentoring junior lawyers.

Established partner-level experience in energy and/or environmental law
Substantive experience with EPA or state environmental regulatory matters and enforcement
Proven client development skills and a portable practice or demonstrable business origination capability
Admitted (or able to be admitted) to practice in the relevant jurisdiction; strong management and mentoring experience
