The position offers a platform to originate and grow a portable practice, work on complex financings for sponsors and lenders, and collaborate with a national team on cross-state energy projects.

Seasoned partner track record in project finance, structured finance, or renewable energy transactions.
Proven origination capability and an established, portable client base in energy finance.
Strong knowledge of financings for renewables (tax equity, construction, term financings) and related documentation.
Bar admission in Florida or ability to secure admission/reciprocity; excellent client-facing and team leadership skills.
