Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Energy & Environmental group in Tallahassee. The role focuses on regulatory counseling and transactional support for energy-sector clients, with an emphasis on environmental permitting, compliance, and related agency matters.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record advising clients on EPA and state environmental matters and will handle matters that cut across energy and environmental regulatory issues. The team works closely with practitioners in adjacent practices to offer integrated solutions.

Candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable business development capability in the energy or environmental sector are encouraged to apply.

Established partner-level experience in energy and environmental law, including regulatory and agency matters.
Demonstrable EPA/state environmental experience or comparable regulatory credentials.
Proven business development ability or a portable practice in the energy/environment sector.
Bar admission in Florida or ability to obtain admission; strong client management and teamwork skills.
