An established U.S. law firm is seeking a lateral partner to build and lead a privacy & data protection practice serving technology and healthcare clients from its Tallahassee office. The role is client-facing and business-development focused, with responsibility for originating work, managing engagements, and mentoring junior lawyers.

The ideal candidate will handle regulatory, compliance, and transactional/privacy counseling matters across health‑tech, software and related industries. A portable practice or demonstrable client relationships in privacy/data protection and healthcare technology are welcome.

Partner-level experience counseling on privacy, data protection and related regulatory compliance (healthcare and technology focus)
Proven track record of originating and managing client work; portable client relationships preferred
Bar admission in Florida (or ability to transfer) and strong standing
Excellent business development, client management and mentoring skills
