Partner — Corporate, Energy & Finance, Tallahassee

Seeking a partner to lead and grow a Corporate/Finance practice from the firm's Tallahassee office, with a strong focus on M&A, transactional work and energy projects (renewables and oil & gas). The role combines client-facing deal work with responsibility for originating and expanding client relationships in the region.

The successful candidate will advise on complex corporate transactions, project development and capital markets matters across energy and technology-related clients. This is a senior leadership role with expectations for active business development, cross-practice collaboration and mentoring junior lawyers.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in M&A/transactional work and energy project matters (renewables and/or oil & gas)
• Track record advising on finance/capital markets or technology-related corporate transactions
• Ability to originate business, lead client engagements and develop a regional practice
