Leading national firm is seeking a partner to join its Boston team to strengthen its energy, environmental and tax capability. The role will focus on matters across renewable and traditional energy, maritime and construction-related transactions and regulatory work.

The successful candidate will advise on complex transactional, regulatory and tax aspects of energy and infrastructure projects, working closely with multidisciplinary teams. There is opportunity for a visible market-facing role and to expand an existing client base; a portable practice is welcome.

Partner-level experience advising on energy, environmental and tax matters, including transactions and regulatory work.
Demonstrated track record with renewable energy, oil & gas or infrastructure projects; maritime/construction experience advantageous.
Proven business development skills and ability to build client relationships; portable book of business preferred.
Bar admission in Massachusetts or eligibility to practice; excellent technical and communication skills.
