Senior partner hire to lead and expand a finance practice focused on energy and renewable infrastructure. The role sits in a full-service US firm with an established project finance and energy transactions platform.

The successful candidate will handle complex project financings, debt and structured finance matters for sponsors and lenders across renewable energy transactions, and will work with a multi-disciplinary team on cross-practice matters.

Portable business is welcome; the role will include client development and practice-building responsibilities in the New England market and nationally.

Established partner-level experience in project finance, energy finance or related structured finance transactions.
Proven track record of originating and leading complex financings for renewable energy projects.
Demonstrable client relationships and experience with business development; portable book of business welcomed.
Bar admission in the relevant US jurisdiction(s) and ability to work with cross-office teams.
