Seeking a partner to lead and expand a busy corporate practice in Boston with a strong focus on M&A, transactional work and energy-sector matters. The role will handle cross-border and domestic corporate transactions, capital markets matters and project development across renewables and oil & gas.

The team advises corporate clients and sponsors on deal execution and structuring, with opportunities to work on complex transactional and financing matters. The role is practice-leading, with responsibility for business development, client relationships and mentoring junior lawyers.

Established partner-level track record in M&A, corporate transactions and/or energy project work (renewables and/or oil & gas).
Experience advising on capital markets or financing transactions preferred.
Proven business development ability; portable client relationships encouraged.
Strong leadership and team management skills, and an ability to mentor associates.
