Leading international law firm seeks an experienced partner to join its Germany energy practice. The role will sit across the firm's German offices and focus on advising on a full range of energy mandates, with an emphasis on market-facing transactional and regulatory work.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative, cross-border team and be expected to develop and lead matters, contribute to business development, and work with a mix of domestic and international clients.

Established energy practice at partner level (lateral hire).
Proven track record of leading transactions or regulatory matters in the energy sector.
Ability to generate and bring a portable client base and to develop new business.
Qualified to practise in Germany (or equivalent), strong commercial and team leadership skills.
