Partner — Energy & Private Equity, New York

Senior partner opportunity with a leading international law firm in New York to lead and grow an energy-focused practice that intersects private equity, corporate and regulatory work. The role suits candidates with a portable practice in energy (including oil & gas and renewables) and significant private equity or transactional experience.

The team advises investors, sponsors and corporates on transactions and regulatory matters across the energy spectrum. The firm is seeking a senior hire who can bring and develop client relationships, lead deal teams, and help expand market presence in the U.S.

• Established partner with a portable practice in energy and/or energy-focused private equity or corporate transactions.
• Track record of originating and leading complex transactions and managing teams.
• Strong regulatory experience relevant to energy and utilities preferred.
• Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to satisfy local admission requirements.
