The role involves advising on renewable energy, oil & gas and infrastructure projects and handling related tax and regulatory issues.
The successful candidate will be expected to build and manage a portable practice, work closely with a multidisciplinary team of project, tax and regulatory lawyers, and drive business development across public- and private-sector clients.
- Established partner with a proven track record in energy and infrastructure projects, including renewables and oil & gas
- Significant experience on tax, maritime and construction aspects of projects or closely related practices
- Demonstrable business development skills and an ability to bring or grow a portable practice
- Strong technical drafting, negotiation and regulatory advisory experience; bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction
