Well-established national law firm is seeking a seasoned transactional partner (or team) to join its energy practice. The role focuses on corporate and finance work across traditional oil & gas, renewables and energy project development.

Ideal candidates will have a strong track record in M&A, project finance and related corporate transactions, and the ability to originate and lead deals. The position values business development capability and the opportunity to bring a portable practice.

Partner-level experience in transactional energy work (M&A, project finance, project development)
Proven record on oil & gas and/or renewable energy transactions
Demonstrable business development skills and ability to bring portable client relationships
Strong leadership, deal execution and team management abilities
