Experienced environmental partner sought to lead and grow a market-facing environmental compliance and regulatory practice in Houston. The role will focus on counseling clients on regulatory compliance, permitting, and environmental risk management across complex matters.

We are looking for a partner who can supervise and develop a small team, work closely with cross-practice groups, and drive business development. Portable client relationships or a demonstrable track record of originating work are strongly valued.

Senior partner-level background in environmental law, regulatory compliance, and permitting.
Proven client-development experience; portable practice or demonstrable book of business preferred.
Experience managing teams and collaborating with cross-practice groups.
Familiarity with state environmental review regimes (CEQA or similar) and federal environmental statutes.
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
