Leading law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Energy & Environmental practice in Houston. The role will advise energy-sector clients on regulatory, environmental compliance, and transactional matters, and will work across the firm's regional industry groups.

Open to candidates nationwide; the team values attorneys who can bring a portable practice and who are experienced in business development within energy-related industries. The firm offers a platform to grow a client base and collaborate on complex, cross-disciplinary matters.

Established partner-level experience in energy and/or environmental law (regulatory, compliance, permitting, and/or transactional work)
Proven track record of originating or developing client relationships and business development
Strong reputation in the market and experience working with energy-industry clients
Bar admission and ability to practice in Texas (or willingness to relocate/qualify)
