Partner-level experience (including junior partners) in energy, with a focus on project finance, land/dirt work, and/or midstream
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships
Strong portable book of business
Transactional experience across the energy spectrum; downstream expertise is not needed at this time
Admission to (or ability to become admitted in) Texas
