Partner — Environmental & Regulatory Compliance, San Francisco

Seeking a partner to lead and grow an environmental and compliance practice in the firm’s San Francisco office. The role focuses on regulatory counseling and environmental matters, with particular emphasis on CEQA and related land and natural-resources work.

The hire will advise corporate and public-sector clients on compliance, permitting and regulatory risk, manage complex matters, and work across practice groups on interdisciplinary issues. The team values client development and a track record of bringing or expanding relationships.

• Established partner-level experience in environmental law and regulatory compliance.
• Substantive experience with CEQA and land/natural-resources matters preferred.
• Proven client development experience; a portable practice or demonstrated ability to generate work is welcomed.
• Experience leading teams, managing matters and advising corporate or public clients on regulatory risk.
