A leading global law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Miami finance and corporate team. The role focuses on asset management and investment management transactions, working on complex fund, investment-vehicle and buy-side/sell-side matters for institutional clients.

The successful candidate will help grow and lead a US-based practice, working closely with cross-border deal teams and senior firm leadership. The hiring team is open to candidates with and without a large portable book of business and values transactional experience, client development ability, and team leadership.

Established partner-level transactional experience in asset management and investment management matters.
Proven ability to lead deals, advise institutional clients, and work on cross-border financings or corporate transactions.
Track record of business development and team leadership; candidates without a large portable book of business are welcome.
Top academic credentials, active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction, and excellent client-facing skills.
