Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy finance and banking team serving corporate and institutional clients. The role is Bay Area–based with flexible location arrangements available; the team handles a broad range of lending and finance matters for borrowers and lenders.

The ideal hire will lead client engagements, originate new business, and collaborate across practice groups on complex financings. This is a partner-level opening open to candidates with an established transactional finance practice and a portable client base.

Established partner-level transactional finance practice (banking, leveraged finance, acquisition finance, or similar).
Proven track record originating and leading complex financings and managing client relationships.
Portable business or demonstrable ability to generate new client work.
Bar admission in the relevant US jurisdiction (California preferred) and strong academic and professional references.
