Leading US law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking team in Boston. The role will involve advising lenders and borrowers on a range of commercial finance matters and leading complex transactions from pitch through closing.

The successful candidate will join an established regional practice group, work closely with senior partners and business development teams, and play a visible role in growing the office level finance practice. A portable practice or demonstrated origination capability is welcomed.

Partner-level experience in finance and banking transactions (commercial lending, syndicated loans, asset-based lending or similar).
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable business welcomed.
Ability to lead deals and mentor junior lawyers within a collaborative team.
Admission to practice in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain admission) and strong academic and professional references.
