Senior partner-level hire to join a well-established German commercial law firm’s Finance & Banking and Securities teams in Berlin. The role focuses on capital markets and related financing matters, advising issuers, banks and other market participants on transactions and regulatory aspects.

You will lead and develop client relationships, win and manage mandates, and work closely with transaction teams across the firm. The firm offers a senior position with genuine client-facing responsibility and scope to grow a market-facing practice from Berlin.

Established partner-level experience in capital markets / securities and corporate finance.
Proven track record of originating and managing client work; a portable practice or demonstrable business development capability preferred.
Admitted to practice in Germany (or equivalent); strong knowledge of German and EU capital markets rules and regulations.
Experience leading deal teams and mentoring senior associates.
Fluent business German and professional-level English.
