Established international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Charlotte finance and banking team. The role will focus on leading sophisticated commercial lending and finance matters, advising lenders and borrowers across a range of facilities.

The partner will be expected to originate and develop client relationships, manage matters from pitch through closing, and work closely with junior lawyers to build and mentor a high-performing team. A portable practice or demonstrable business-development traction is welcomed.

Proven partner-level experience in banking and finance transactions.
Strong track record of originating or expanding client relationships and business development.
Experience supervising and mentoring associates and managing deal teams.
Bar admission in the relevant state and ability to practice in the US market.
