Senior partner-level role within a multi-practice finance and corporate team based in Houston. The role will lead and develop corporate, finance and securities matters for a broad range of institutional and corporate clients across private equity, venture capital and capital markets work.

Successful candidates will join a collaborative, deal-focused practice and be expected to originate and manage complex transactions, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to business development and practice strategy.

Established partner with a strong track record in private equity, venture capital, capital markets and related corporate/finance transactions.
Proven ability to lead deals, manage client relationships and mentor teams in a busy, transactional environment.
Portable practice and demonstrable business development capability will be highly valued.
Admissions and qualifications appropriate for practice in Houston/your jurisdiction.
