Established German firm is seeking a partner-level lawyer to join its Cologne office to lead and grow the Finance & Banking and Corporate practices, with a particular focus on asset and investment management work. The role is client-facing and combines high-value transactional and advisory matters.

The successful candidate will head a small team, drive new business, and act as a senior advisor on complex fund, investment and asset-management matters. A portable practice or demonstrated ability to bring new clients is welcome and will be supported.

Proven partner- or senior counsel-level experience in finance, banking and corporate matters; strong background in asset/investment management
Track record of winning and managing client relationships and leading deal teams
Admitted to practice in Germany or equivalent; fluent German and strong English
Commercial mindset and willingness to participate in business development and firm leadership
