Leading international law firm seeking a partner to join its Finance & Banking and Corporate teams in Houston. The role will focus on transactional work across asset and investment management matters, working with established deal teams on sophisticated financings and corporate transactions.

This is a partner-level lateral opportunity for candidates with an established transactional practice. A portable practice is welcome but not required; the team values technical excellence and the ability to work on complex cross-practice matters.

Established partner with significant transactional experience in finance and/or corporate matters
Substantive experience in asset management or investment management transactions
Proven ability to lead complex deals and collaborate with senior deal teams
Strong commercial judgment and client-facing skills
