Senior partner-level opportunity to lead and expand a finance and corporate practice in Minneapolis. The role focuses on representing institutional and fund clients across investment and asset management matters, combining transactional work with client advisory.

The hire will join a well-established national firm platform and will be expected to develop and grow a portable practice, working closely with cross-office teams to win and service larger engagements.

Established partner with significant experience in finance/banking and corporate matters, with a focus on investment/asset management.
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; demonstrable business development ability and a portable practice.
Experience managing teams and supervising complex transactions; strong commercial judgment.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or willingness to obtain admission.
