Nationally recognised law firm is seeking a partner to join its Phoenix finance and corporate teams. The role focuses on originating and executing complex banking, corporate finance and private credit transactions for institutional and corporate borrowers and lenders.

The successful candidate will lead client relationships, advise on cross-border and domestic financings, and work closely with corporate colleagues on integrated deal work. This is a visible practice role with responsibility for business development and team leadership in the Phoenix market.

Partner-level experience in finance/banking and corporate finance; demonstrable track record advising lenders and borrowers on complex transactions.
Proven client origination and relationship-management ability; portable book of business preferred.
Experience with funds/private credit and asset-based financings a strong advantage.
Excellent drafting, negotiation and deal management skills; ability to lead and mentor junior lawyers.
