Leading national firm seeks a partner to join its Salt Lake City finance and corporate teams. The role focuses on private credit, fund finance and corporate finance matters, advising lenders, sponsors and corporate borrowers on a range of transactions.

The successful candidate will help grow and lead a busy practice in-market, working on complex financing structures and cross-border matters as needed. A portable practice or demonstrable client relationships in private credit, fund finance or related banking work are welcome.

Established partner-level background in finance, banking, private credit or fund finance
Proven client development and relationship-management skills; portable book of business welcomed
Experience leading deal teams and managing complex financing transactions
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
