Senior transactional partner role at a global firm seeking an established finance/corporate lawyer to join the Boston office. The position focuses on private equity, venture capital and capital markets transactions, advising sponsors, issuers and financial institutions on complex deals.

We are looking for a partner able to lead matters, develop client relationships and work across finance, corporate and securities teams. Candidates with a portable practice or proven origination track record will be strongly considered.

Established partner with significant transactional experience in private equity, venture capital and/or capital markets.
Demonstrated ability to originate and manage client relationships and lead deal teams.
Strong technical skills across finance, corporate and securities matters; ability to work cross-practice.
Admissions and ability to practise in the relevant jurisdiction (Boston-based).
