We are seeking a lateral partner to join a leading international firm’s Palo Alto office to lead and grow a cross-practice finance, corporate and securities practice. The role will focus on advising private equity and venture-backed clients and handling capital markets matters, with responsibility for originating work and managing significant client relationships.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team of senior lawyers and be expected to supervise associates, drive business development, and contribute to strategic growth in the region. A portable practice or demonstrable track record of client origination is preferred.

Established partner-level experience in finance, corporate and securities work.
Demonstrated experience with private equity, venture capital and capital markets matters.
Proven client origination, relationship management and business development skills.
Track record of leading deal teams and mentoring junior lawyers; ability to integrate into a collaborative firm environment.
