Senior finance partner wanted to join a well-established Dallas office to lead leveraged and structured finance work. The role will focus on originating and executing complex debt financings for corporate and sponsor clients across industries.

The successful candidate will manage significant transactions, develop client relationships and contribute to business development. You will work closely with other finance lawyers across the firm to deliver integrated, cross-office solutions.

Admitted to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction(s).
Extensive experience leading leveraged finance and structured finance transactions.
Proven ability to originate and maintain client relationships; a portable practice or book of business is desirable.
Track record of supervising teams, mentoring junior lawyers and driving business development.
Strong drafting, negotiation and deal-management skills on complex financings.
