An established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking team in Greenville. The role focuses on originating and leading banking and commercial finance matters for regional and national clients across a range of industries.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative practice group that handles lending transactions, credit facilities, and related regulatory matters. This is an opportunity to grow a transactional finance practice with firm support and access to a broader platform.

Proven partner-level experience in banking and commercial finance transactions
Demonstrable track record of originating and managing lending matters and advising lenders/borrowers
Existing client relationships or a portable practice are advantageous
Strong drafting, negotiation and deal-management skills; ability to work cross-office with practice colleagues
Admission to practice in the relevant state or eligibility to obtain admission
