Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking practice in Houston. The role focuses on high-value banking and finance transactions for corporates and financial institutions across domestic and cross-border matters.

The successful candidate will join a deep team handling syndicated lending, acquisition finance and related structured finance work, and will play a front-line role on client matters and business development.

Established partner with a proven transactional finance practice.
Portable client relationships or demonstrable business development capability.
Extensive experience on banking, syndicated lending and acquisition finance matters.
Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction; strong communication and team leadership skills.
