Senior finance partner opportunity in Las Vegas to lead and expand a leveraged and structured finance practice. The role focuses on delivering complex financing solutions across sponsor-backed transactions, acquisition financings and structured credit matters.

The successful candidate will originate and manage client relationships, lead deal teams and work closely with cross-practice groups on sophisticated financing structures. This is a partner-level role where business development and a portable practice are valued.

Proven partner-level experience in leveraged finance and structured finance matters.
Demonstrable track record of originating and closing complex sponsor-backed and structured transactions.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing deal teams and mentoring junior lawyers.
Licensed to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction; portable client relationships / book of business desirable.
