The successful candidate will help drive origination, manage high-value mandates, and work with an established team on multi-jurisdictional financings. This is a visible role with firm-wide platform support and international deal flow.

Proven partner-level experience in leveraged finance and complex syndicated/structured financings.
Track record of originating and leading transactions for corporate and private equity clients.
Evidence of a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships suitable for a global platform.
Strong leadership and team-management skills; experience on cross-border matters.
Admission to practise in the relevant jurisdiction(s) and ability to work in the UK.
