Seeking a partner to lead and grow a leveraged and structured finance practice from the firm's Delaware office. The role involves originating transactions, managing deal execution, and advising borrowers, sponsors and lenders across complex financing matters.

The successful candidate will join a well-resourced finance team and will work closely with senior lawyers across related practices. There is scope to build a portable practice and contribute to business development initiatives.

Established partner with significant experience in leveraged finance and structured finance transactions.
Track record of originating and closing mid-to-large financing deals and managing complex syndications and covenants.
Strong client relationships and demonstrable business development capability; portable practice preferred.
Excellent drafting, negotiation and project-management skills; admitted to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction or able to obtain admission.
