Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Finance & Capital Markets practice in Delaware. The role will focus on capital markets and finance work across debt and equity transactions for corporate and financial clients.

The team handles sophisticated cross-border and domestic matters and is expanding its bench in the region. The incoming partner will lead transactions, mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with colleagues across the firm’s U.S. offices.

A portable practice and the ability to generate or bring client relationships would be well regarded for this position.

Partner-level experience in capital markets, securities or finance transactions
Proven track record of leading complex deals and supervising teams
Business development ability; portable client relationships preferred
Bar admission in Delaware or eligibility to transfer admission
