The ideal candidate will run and grow a portable practice, bring demonstrable transaction leadership, and work closely with a cross‑office team of finance lawyers. This is a partner role with significant client‑relationship and business development responsibilities.

Proven partner‑level experience in leveraged finance and structured finance transactions
Demonstrated track record of leading complex financings and managing deal teams
Business development skills and ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction (California preferred) and authorization to practice in the U.S.
