An established law firm is seeking a lateral partner to grow and lead its leveraged and structured finance practice in Minneapolis. The role will focus on advising lenders and borrowers on complex financing transactions across leveraged, structured and syndicated financings.

The team offers broad transactional exposure and opportunities to lead deals, develop client relationships and mentor junior lawyers. Candidates with a portable practice or an existing client network in finance/leveraged transactions are encouraged to apply.

Partner-level experience in leveraged and structured finance transactions.
Proven track record of leading financings, negotiating documentation and managing transaction teams.
Strong client development skills; portable practice or demonstrable business origination preferred.
Active admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work from the Minneapolis office.
