Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking practice in downtown Los Angeles. The role focuses on private credit and bank finance matters for borrowers and lenders across middle‑market and institutional transactions.

The team offers integrated, cross‑practice support on leveraged loan facilities, unitranche and mezzanine financings, and related documentation and negotiations. The position is an opportunity to develop and lead a portable private‑credit practice within a well‑resourced national platform.

Established partner with significant transactional finance experience, including private credit and banking matters.
Active admission to the California bar (or eligible for reciprocity) and experience across borrower and lender-side representations.
Demonstrable ability to originate and grow business; a portable book of business is desirable.
Strong drafting, deal-management and client relationship skills; ability to work collaboratively with debt finance and related practices.
